Instructions

  1. Blend Ingredients: Add the cucumber chunks, water, honey, and lemon juice to your blender and blend on high speed until very smooth to combine all flavors and create the base of the lemonade.
  2. Strain Mixture: Pour the cucumber mixture into a large pitcher through a fine strainer to catch and remove any remaining pulp for a smooth drink texture.
  3. Mix with Sparkling Water: Add the sparkling water to the pitcher along with some lemon and cucumber slices, and ice if desired, then stir gently to combine for a refreshing fizz.
