- 3 Persian cucumbers, roughly chopped

Instructions
- Blend everything: Add all of the ingredients including honeydew melon, cucumbers, lime juice and zest, fresh mint leaves, kosher salt, and water to a high-speed blender. Blend on medium-high speed for about 2-3 minutes until the mixture turns frothy and well combined.
- Strain the mixture: Pour the blended cooler through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag into a bowl to remove pulp, resulting in a smooth, refreshing liquid.
- Store properly: Transfer the strained melon cooler into a glass jar or container and refrigerate. Consume within 3 days for optimal freshness and flavor.
